Welcome to TETZ Pickleball Club. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our service.

1. Membership Types

General Membership is FREE OF CHARGE. Premium Membership requires RM30 registration fee + RM10 monthly subscription.

2. Payment Terms

Premium membership fees must be paid before the 7th day of each month. A late payment fee of RM5 will be charged for payments made after the due date. Membership will be suspended if payment is not received within 30 days.

3. Court Usage

Only registered members may use the pickleball court. Members must book court slots in advance (subject to availability). Court usage is non-transferable.

4. Conduct & Discipline

Members must maintain proper sportsmanship and respect toward others. Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the responsible member. The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for misconduct.

5. Liability Waiver

The club is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings. Members participate at their own risk.

6. Termination of Membership

Members may resign with written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable.
